How to Redeem

Here’s everything you need to know about using your e-gift card:

To use your e-gift card balance when booking online through our Court Reserve system, follow these steps:

Call the Clubhouse
Before you can use your e-gift card online, you must call the clubhouse and speak with a team member to have the balance transferred to your Court Reserve account. This process ensures your gift card balance is linked to your Court Reserve profile for easy use when booking courts.
Have Your Gift Card Number Ready
During the call, you will be asked to provide the gift card number (found on your e-gift card). This helps us verify and transfer your balance accurately.
Choose Your Club Location
You can choose to have your gift card balance uploaded to one of our locations on Court Reserve:
- Lucky Shots Pickleball Club (Northeast Minneapolis)
- Le Dome by Lucky Shots (Brooklyn Park)
You cannot upload your balance to both locations at once, but you can choose the amount for each location. For example:
- If you have a $100 gift card, you could choose to upload $50 to Lucky Shots Northeast and $50 to Le Dome.
  - This split can be any amount that equals the total balance of your card ($75 vs. $25, $60 vs. $40. etc.)
- Alternatively, you can allocate the full amount to one location (e.g., $100 to Lucky Shots Northeast or $100 to Le Dome).
Make Changes Anytime
If you need to move your gift card balance between locations after the initial transfer, simply call the clubhouse again! Our team will assist you in transferring funds from one location to another.

Gift Card Balance Limitations: Your gift card balance can only be applied to one location at a time on Court Reserve (either Lucky Shots Northeast OR Le Dome). If you wish to split the balance between the two locations, you can do so during the initial transfer process.
Transferring Funds Between Locations: If you want to transfer your balance from one location to another at a later date, just give us a call! Our staff will help facilitate this transfer at no additional charge.
Gift Card Validity: Your e-gift card is valid for use at both locations, but once the balance is uploaded to Court Reserve, it must be used at the selected location unless transferred by a clubhouse employee.

Once you’ve received your e-gift card, you can redeem it in person at either of our two locations:
